MAC aan het werk tijdens Paris Fashion Week

Tijdens Paris Fashion Week, die nog steeds bezig is trouwens, hebben de make-up artiesten van MAC ook aan verschillende shows meegewerkt. Dat heeft een aantal bijzonder looks opgeleverd, vooral die van de show van Vivienne Westwood waren behoorlijk....opvallend. Prachtige modellen omgetoverd in piraten? Of extreem donkere ogen met knalrode, vergrote lippen....je moet maar durven als make-up artiest! Maar aan lef ontbreekt het MAC natuurlijk niet. Kijk snel even mee naar een aantal van de face charts....Face charts zijn in feite de ontwerpen van de make-up voor de shows, de chef de cabine bepaalt samen met de ontwerpen de look voor tijdens de shows. Die wordt dan uitgewerkt op een face-chart die weer een hou vast zijn voor het team van visagisten voor de show, de kleuren en producten worden per model weleens aangepast. Zo krijgen donkere modellen soms iets andere kleuren oogschaduw of lipstick op, om het effect beter/mooier te laten uitkomen. Maar soms past men de make-up ook aan de outfit aan, het is maar net was het mooiste is, soms wordt iets ook last minute nog veranderd. Natuurlijk zijn geen van deze looks bedoeld om  zomaar even op straat te dragen, maar toch zijn dit soort looks interessant om te zien.Vooral omdat er vaak nieuwe producten worden gebruikt, echte producten die wij later dit jaar dan toch weer zullen terugzien in de MAC collectie''s. En dat maakt zelf de meest bizarre looks ook interessant voor ons eenvoudige make-up lovers! Laten jullie je ook weleens inspireren door catwalk looks?
